Photos of this castle were taken at the beginning of July. I wanted to have it as a part of my “Light and Stones” project. The castle is situated in the southwestern Poland. The name of this castle sounds a little bit strange in English: The Czocha Castle. You will find it in the Light and Stones Gallery.

Moravian fields in June are marvelous. The green color is very intensive, saturated. The weather is different every hour – from very violent storm and heavy rain to the beautiful sun with a light breeze. And there are thousands of animals: boars, roe deers and hares. I met a lot of them while I was taking my photos. In the Moravian Region Gallery you will find some new pictures.

Today I would like to show you some photos from the next region in Poland – Roztocze. I was there in May on the PNPU meeting. I spent there only 3 days, but I managed to take some pictures. On the left you can see some experiments with long exposure. More photos you will find in the Poland Gallery.

Some time ago I visited the beautiful region in Poland – Opolszczyzna (near city Opole). There are a lot of fields. It’s mostly rural area. I didn’t have much time there, but I took some photos. You will find them in the Poland Gallery.

The exhibition with dolomites photos has been just closed in Warsaw. It was presented for over a month and I would like to thank everyone who has helped us with the preparation. I would like to also thank all the visitors. You can see the pictures from the openning on the official exhibition page.
Now the exhibition is installed in Center of Ecological Education (Karkonosze National Park in Szklarska Poręba). The openning will take place on the 7th of July.

Today I would like to show you my first pictures of the project “Light & Stones”
In this project I take photos of ruined castles, towers and other historical buildings. I would like to present them in a special way – the way that blur differences between the present and the past, between reality and fantasy.
This is an ongoing project. In Light & Stones Gallery you will find six images that have been taken during previous months.

The results for the 2012 Photographer of The Year Competition in Polish Nature Photographers Union (Silesian Region) were announced. I have received prizes in five categories and my panoramic photo from Slovenia has received the first prize in Panoramic Photos category. Photo on the left has received prize in Other Animals category. The winning photos were taken in Umbria, Poland and the Czech Republic. Some of them you’ve seen before, but some of them have never been presented. You will find them in Awarded Gallery.

As I’d planned a few months ago I came back to Slovenia for winter photo session. I visited places that I’d known before and also some new interesting sites. The weather was very nice almost all the time. When it was not so good – I was taking photos of the waterfalls. Enjoy new Slovenia Winter 2012 gallery.

As the new website is ready, it’s time to add here some new images. I have prepared brand new gallery – the Pieniny Mountains gallery. There are mostly photos taken this Autumn. Some of my new photos you will also find in the Tatra Mountains gallery.

Today is the special day on my website. We have just introduced the new layout and design. Although I liked my old website, it was no longer possible to have there all the information I need to present. On the new website you will find more about my workshops, exhibitions and prints. Also the galleries are slightly different. I’ve decided to change the website color as well to make it easier to watch, read and navigate. We are about to install the Polish version of this website….so… a lot of changes, hope you will like it! I will be glad and grateful if you write me your opinion using contact form or just by sending an e-mail.

The Polish Nature Photographers Union has organized photo exhibition in Katowice. There are 29 authors and 102 photos. The opening took place about a month ago in CKK gallery. You can see some of my images on this exhibition. It is no longer available in Katowice, but it is expected to be shown in other galleries soon.

Welcome again in 2012. Last year was very good for me, I hope the new one will be even better. I wish you all good luck and nice shoots 🙂 This year I would like to start with the photos I took some time ago – in October in Slovenia. Slovenia is a wonderful place for photographers.
